We have developed a frosted technology by silk screen printing. The visual effect of our painted frosted glass is same as Saint-Gobain’s SATINOVO MATE. Delicate and smooth hand feeling, uniform light transmittance, we can also print any graphics or patterns on the glass panels, to meet different design and product request.
Technique：Silk Screen Printing before tempering , the ceramic paint and glass would melt together in the tempering process under 680℃~720℃.

Our painted frosted glass is anti-fingerprints, resistant to weak acid and base. The view effect is same as satin glass.
We can process flat edge and pencil edge for our frosted shower glass. All falt edge glass panels we made have 1mm uniform chamfer edge and bright polished. They have very smooth feeling.
We use automatic punching machine to drill holes on frosted shower door. It is with precise hole position and accurate size.
The frosted glass panel waterjet cutting edge is vertical 90 degrees. The cotouts is of accurate size, and makes it easy to install accessories.
We can print your logo on the frosted shower glass panel. Three colors optional: white, black, semi-transparent.
